Meeting bullets:
- Kathy Quail addressed the following issues (with response):
- Traffic
- We still have an issue with cut through and speeders
- Ravi met with Scott @ 5:30 to discuss traffic and overall shape of roads….as a response
to William Stewart.
- Will be addressed in annual meeting.
- Issues to bring up:
- Speed bumps
- Lowering speed limit
- Sheriff notification
- Park:
- Dead trees in park need removal.
- Grass cutting
- Currently reviewing bids ~ association considering every other week.
- Lock needs replacing
- Dues:
- Treasurer gave report
- Currently 50% returned. Second mailings
will be going out soon.
- Meeting agendas discussed:
- Web meetings were addressed.
- Mike and Amber suggested a better means of communicating when the meeting should take
place.
- Yahoo group or Facebook was mentioned as a good means of communicating
- Events were discussed:
- The problem is that we don’t have anyone showing up at the annual meeting to
discuss.
- Halloween hootenanny ~ Fire permit ~ Scott to investigate for
- WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
- Scott will add to news letter.
- Next meeting May 12th, 2009
